| ZERO STARS- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! — SCAM | Hired them for help with work and gave them very strict and specific requirements. The expert starting working and completely ignored all the requirements i gave as well as all the corrections i was giving him whilst he was working on the piece. In the end he submitted a 15000 word piece of work with less than 100 references, most of those being repetitions meaning there were less than 50 individual references. He completely ignored all of my input and corrections i gave and presented a piece of work that looks like it was copied from the internet with no analysis, even though i stressed this was important. I made it clear in initial discussions with the sales team that i needed a LOT of references with the nature of the paper and they are telling me after i have paid them £500 that they can only do a max of 140 references which include repeated references (aka ibid).
I even offered the expert more time originally to improve the quality of the work as i feared it would not be good and made this clear to the team but they assured me he didnt need it and if i didnt like the work i could get my money back. Aggravating matters, customer service is rude and unhelpful and continually say ‘your money is safe’ but they refuse to refund any money as they say the ‘expert has put a lot of work into this and so he has been paid’. Below is my full review: This “company” has absolutely horrible service. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This company is just above the legal standards for being a full-on Nigerian prince scam. I used their services to help with an exam that I had been too swamped to study for. Prior to the purchase, I checked several times that I would be refunded if I didn’t get the required 60% on the exam needed to pass the course and several times I was made assure that a full refund would be made if I did not pass the course. The day of the exam came, I sent the exam questions one by one to their “expert” (who I get the feeling was probably someone just googling the answers based on the amount of time some simple questions took to answer) and awaited answers for the questions. I finished the exam and was relieved as I thought I would pass, but as you can probably guess by now, I didn’t. Instead, I got a 50% grade and did not pass my exam but would be forced to take a re-exam after summer. So as I was promised I contacted their customer support and explained my situation and requested a full refund as promised, what followed was a 1-month dispute ending in getting a 50% refund to the in-house wallet on their website which keeps in mind you can only use for their services. Here is why, the customer support claimed that their company policy is not a passing grade but a guaranteed 50% which is absurd as 50% isn’t even a passing grade at a lot of Universities including mine. I started a PayPal dispute when the company did not want to give me my refund, the PayPal dispute did give me some new attention at the company and after some discussion, I was promised a 50% refund into my wallet. Now notice the keyword here “wallet” you see I didn’t quite pick up on this and to anyone currently in a dispute with them watch out for this. You see I assumed that wallet would mean getting a 50% refund into my bank account, but no, wallet means into the wallet on assignment helps website, a wallet which you can only use in purchasing their services. Now obviously they don’t make this clear as they are a scam company, but here is where they really set their foot in the SCAM hall of fame. You see to get the 50% discount they requested that I ended my dispute with PayPal. I agreed, oh how stupid to agree! NEVER EVER cancel your PayPal dispute until a refund has gone through. But I canceled my refund, they said it looked fine and that I would see a refund within 3-5 business days. Sure enough, about 7 business days later I logged back into my account as I hadn’t received any money into my bank account. I contacted their customer support and learned what has just happened, my so-called refund had been made to my “wallet” not my bank account. I requested the money be transferred into my bank account instead to which I got the answer that the company doesn’t do bank account refunds. And this is where I am now. | Scammers with a low IQ | They deserve one star and some jail. I have paid for two products, same deadline for both. | No apology was ever issued nothing to make the problem right nothing | I spoke with Marci about this instead she did not want to listen and place me on hold and pass my call to another so called “concern team member” I spoke with Dawson, and Siri, and Sheba about this and instead they said they were relaying the message to the “concern team” but when I read this message the only thing the message stated was the fact that your writer followed the template. Marci has hung up on me multiple times, refused to listen to my concern about. I called and Steven he was immediately rude and hung up me as well. Dawson has hung up on me. I have had the same concern since Monday, and finally on Sunday I get a resolution that is completely unfair. My problem was never with the assignment my problem is with the customer service I received this week. The fact that on Sunday somebody finally reached out to me was a mistake on your companies part. Marci called me on Sunday and had no clue about my case at all, did not know any details at all, but I was told but a number of your employees that messages were being delivered. To have to wait since Monday to speak with someone and finally I get someone who is so nonchalant, and inconsiderate and clearly hates her life and job, was really discouraging. | Really unhappy customer | I have to say the service was great until I paid then the service became really bad. Was impossible to speak to someone as the responses were very short and not helpful. My assignment (luckily i only paid half and ask for the draft) was completely wrong and I could see that from the draft as I specifically asked that the questions are started and gave them the structure and the draft was nothing like the structure i offered. Additionally the spelling errors were not university level and now I anyways am stuck doing it myself. However, after emailing them for a refund FOUR times over the span of 8 hours, I still had no response. It was only after I talked to them via their live customer service chat did I receive my order number almost immediately, and then be given “a writer has already started on your order, and as such, we cannot refund it”. However, after discussing with their live chat for about a total of 3-4 hours, demonstrating here and there all over the place about their $#*!TY customer service, did they finally claim they would give me a refund. However, of course, the time they guaranteed for me to receive my money back, was proven wrong and wrong, over and over again. They will not respond to your questions, unless you literally ask the same question about 10 times in a row will they finally respond to it (which will be a lie anyway). | Totally scam! Do not get fool by them! | Last week, I placed an order for one of my projects. They assigned a writer who supposed to fix my professor comments. I placed an order for 2 pages- 500 words. Out of 20 something comments, the writer fixed about 4 only. Which means less than even 150 words. When I asked for revision, the customer service agents promised that they will assign another” qualified” writer. They first told me after one day, I will receive the revision, but I did not get anything! Then another 8 hours, nothing as well. Then, 12 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours. And nothing, either! When I confronted the agents, they told me to be patient! I told them that I would fail, they said ” please be patient, again”. Eventually, they got sick of me and sent me the revised paper-HORRIBLE! The writer did not revise the paper. So I asked them about the revision, but they did not reply!

| Bad service… just for money (Not Recommended At ALL) | I ordered an assignment and they charged me $151. First they promised me to deliver as per the requirements within the agreed date. They sent mail stating that I need to pay the remaining out of the cost which is $70, I asked them to ensure that everything has been done according to the requirements and I attached a document to ensure that this is the requirements, they confirmed stating that to make sure that everything will be matching my expectation I need to pay the remaining out and they will do the rework. After that I got shocked that they didn’t do anything and went with them in communication coming and going between them, even I wasted my phone credit talking over the phone with them for more than hours and at the end they informed me that they are sorry but I need to pay more to have the rework which is $150 extra. After long discussion I trust them again and agreed to pay $100 where they said that they gave me a discount of $50 and the assignment will be delivered with 2 days. Just 2 hours after the agreement, I got new message saying that the amount of words will be exceeding the limit and I need to pay another $50 and here you will find that they are cheating. Delay in delivery the assignment, paying extra for rework and at the end asking for more and more. Even I reached to their management in LinkedIn (Rose Robinson – Customer relationship manager) please check it in LinkedIn and sent her mail and she didn’t even reply to my messages at the same time and then she sent only message saying that I forward your message to the expert, is this customer satisfaction that they are looking for? I got fed up with this company after 1 month discussion about this assignment and now i need to do all the work by myself. | Fake Service- Lost my money $250 | What they do is, ensure for all type of assignments. But I asked them for a simulation file on hybrid grid, they told me to wait for 6 days for the solution. They also asked me do payment of $450 in advance. After 6 days they denied to give the solution as desired. Outputs were not up to the mark. I asked for rework, they did, but again I faced same problem with results, they were not accurate. Then I asked for my money back, but they refused. After so many requests, they only refunded $200. I lost my $250. They are cheaters.! At least if can’t complete the assignments, then you should refund the money.

I was needing help with part of my assignment so I went to the website called my assignment help, foolish of me I didn’t read reviews about this website elsewhere and trusted the reviews on their website which seemed like they are the ones who wrote it, anyway moving forward I gave them my assignment materials and asked to get a quote they said $224 for one assignment and I needed it for two assignments one for me and one for my friend, I told them I cannot afford that amount and I was going to leave it and then they said they could do it for $169 for one so I agreed and I made two partial payments of $85 each, total paid $169 on the 1st of October to get them to start working on the assignment I also told them I needed the assignment by Friday 6th October since there were other things which I needed to do to complete this assignment, on Thursday 5th October at 8 am I receive a text saying my assignment was complete and I can view it after making the full payment, luckily I didn’t make full payment for both of the assignments and only one, so I paid another $85 to view the assignment and once I viewed it I immediately knew it was not correct or done up to the standards I got so frustrated I contacted them stayed on chat and clearly explained everything very well they said they would get the expert to work on it again I asked them to send me the re done assignment in few hours so I can see if its correct or not and then make full payment for my friends assignment and then get rework done for that, I waited the whole day for a response and in the evening around 6-7pm I receive a email asking me to get extension on my assignment which is not easy, I was more frustrated and contacted them again, explained to agent what happened once again and what I want, they were extremely rude and said they have done what they had to now they can’t do much I asked for a refund they said they can’t do it, the conversation went on and on and I was repeating myself over and over again I was unhappy of what they had done and the agent speaking was rude they disconnected the chat, I started the chat again and a different agent came live I once again explained myself to him and everything that was happening he kept saying he cant refund and blah blah bull$#*!, and he was extremely rude as we well and he disconnected the chat and I got extremely frustrated so I started it again for the last time, the same agent came live and was being extremely rude, I told them to keep the money and their assignments and I have also taken pictures of a few of the conversations, never in my life have I seen a company this terrible, these guys are scammers, even when I tried calling them they dont answer instead you will hear a recorded voice telling you to go on live chat on their website, this was a nightmare and my $254 has been wasted they want me to complete the payment for the other assignment, I will never ever do that not wasting another $85 for doing anything like that. The quality of assignment is very poor and I got 36% and it happened to my friend and he got 28%. Very careless presentation, numerous grammar mistakes. I paid 100 USD for a 1250 word essay. The writer completed the essay within the time period requested. I submitted the final work and received a failing grade from my lecture. The websites policy states that in the event of a failing grade (which apparently never happens), that the student will be given back 50% of their payment.
